Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Wealtho and sign in.
2. Tap Menu.
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your PIN to confirm.

You are signed out on every device straight away.

Before you delete

Move all your money out first. Your balances must be zero.

Open any sealed buckets, and leave any pooled savings groups.

Without the app

Email support@wealtho.app from the email address on your account. Put "Delete my account" in the subject.

We will check it is you, then close the account. We reply within two working days.

What we delete

Your name, contact details, address, and photos are removed.

What we keep

Nigerian financial law says we must keep records of transactions for a set period.

We keep them attached to an anonymised account, then delete them when that period ends.
